Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton hired real estate attorney Zeina Kazour to work in its San Francisco office.

Littler Mendelson opened a new office in Memphis with the hiring of 16 attorneys from Keisewetter Wise.

Mayer Brown hired Perry Hicks in Charlotte.

Winston & Strawn hired global litigator Michael Sheer. He will work in both New York City and Los Angeles.

Nelson Mullins hired commercial real estate lawyer Sean Faulkner in Greenville, S.C.

Morris, Manning & Martin hired four partners to work in its Washington, D.C. office. The group will work on international trade cases.

Gibson Dunn hired Hardeep Plahe to its Dubai office.

Seyfarth Shaw hired litigator Frank Burke to work in its Los Angeles office.

Goodwin Procter named Robert Insolia managing partner of the firm.
