Isaacson Rosenbaum, a Denver-based firm, will shut down at the end of the month. The firm has existed since 1961.

The American Bar Association will require law schools to report more information about graduates' employment and salary, a move that U.S. News has repeatedly called for.

Former Senate majority leader George Mitchell, and former U.S. special envoy for Middle East peace in the Obama administration has returned to DLA Piper, where he will be chairman emeritus. The firm also hired Eric Geppert to work in its Washington, D.C. office.

Winston & Strawn has hired Denton Thomas, a tax controversy attorney, to work in its Houston office.

SNR Denton hired Thomas Laryea to work in its Africa and public policy practices. He will eventually work out of the firm's Washington, D.C. office. The firm has also hired Heather Richman to work in its public policy and regulation practice.

K&L Gates has appointed Valerie Jackson to be its firmwide director of diversity and inclusion. The firm has also hired Lucy Park to work in its private clients practice, and Amy Sommers will join the firm as a corporate partner in its Shanghai office.

Tony Herman, a litigation partner at Covington & Burling will serve as general council for The Federal Election Commission. Thomas Williamson Jr. will serve as the Washington, D.C. Bar association's next president, starting in June 2012. Finally, the firm hired Ianis Girgenson to work in its Brussels office.

Paul Regensdorf has joined Holland & Knight's Jacksonville office.

Paul, Hastings, Janofsky, & Walker hired Rich Farley to work in its leveraged finance practice in New York City. He joins the firm from Cahill Gordon & Reindel. In London, the firm hired Garrett Hayes to work in its corporate practice.

Neal Gerber Eisenberg has rehired two partners—Douglas Lubelchek and Darrin Forbes will both work for the firm's real estate practice group. The pair worked for the firm before leaving for Duane Morris.

Hunton & Williams has hired Douglas Mancino to work in the firm's Los Angeles office.
